Limited home hospitality is available to full-time registrants. Although we will try, we simply can not guarantee that we will be able to provide hospitality to everyone who requests it. Please have a back-up plan.

If you are attending part time, you can request hospitality by emailing our housing coordinator. However, those who preregister for the full weekend will always have priority over those attending part time, regardless of registration date. If you can attend only some of the events but really need home hospitality, you should register early for the full weekend and/or have a back-up plan.
If you request hospitality, you should receive an acknowledgement email from our hospitality coordinator soon after you register.

Hotels
The hall is in zip 77022 and there are several motels near there. The closest one to the hall (½ mile) is an America's Best Value.
Avoid the Western Inn. It is not a Best Western and gets terrible reviews.
There are some nicer hotels to the west in zip codes 77018 and 77092; we list some of them below. There are also some reasonably-priced Airbnbs in the area, as well as some rather expensive ones.
We don't have a deal with any particular motel and suggest that you check Trip Advisor or other review sites for recent reviews.
Popular in the past
Over the years both of the Marriott Brookhollow properties have been popular with Bayou Bedlam attendees. The Springhill Suites includes breakfast while the Courtyard does not, but remember that we serve a continental breakfast on Saturday and a full brunch on Sunday.
There are several properties along the east side of Hwy 290 between W. 43rd and Pinemont including a new Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and Platinum Inn & Suites. The Grand Tuscany is an upscale hotel on the west side of 290 at Pinemont. These are all an easy 15–20 minute drive to and from the hall along W. 43rd and Pinemont.
