What's Included
The full weekend price includes all dances and workshops plus Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday lunch, Sunday brunch, and snacks throughout the weekend.
Work-Trade Positions
A very limited number of work-trade positions are available for those with financial need. In exchange for a greatly reduced admission price, those who are accepted are expected to work a total of four hours as needed throughout the weekend. Physically Unable to Dance?
If you or your partner would like to attend but are unable to dance due to health issues, email info@bayoubedlam.org.
Individual session options and fees
There is no pre-registration for individual sessions. Pay at the door with cash, check, credit card, or digital wallet.

Young Dancers
Dancers younger than 18 are welcome at no charge. Minors 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Teens 14-17 must provide an emergency phone number for a responsible adult.
Refund Policy
Requests for full weekend refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. They must be made in writing by emailing info@bayoubedlam.org.
We may keep a small amount to cover our expenses.
Since events such as Bayou Bedlam lose money or barely break even in most years, please consider donating the amount of your fee instead of requesting a refund. We'll gladly give you a receipt for your donation.
There are no refunds for individual sessions.
